At Amelissa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for the return

Our support team will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

For sizing or style changes, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item was defective
  • The wrong item was received

In these cases, Amelissa will cover the return shipping costs.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
